Sheffield 12b welcomed Solihull to iceSheffield for a Sunday afternoon game.

Sheffield opened the scoring with a shot from number 20 George Chapman before Solihull 97 Finley Hubbuck put the Barron’s on the scoreboard with his first goal of the game.

 Solihull opened the scoring in the second period with a goal from # 7 Dwayne Nettey before Sheffield’s Guy Hine drew the team’s level once again with his goal.

Into the third period it was all square, action went from end to end before Sheffield’s Tyler Kirkby put them in the lead. It was short-lived though as Finley Hubbuck scored his second of the game to draw the score at 3-3.

MVP for Sheffield was awarded to 20 George Chapman and the Weekend Warrior helmet to 76 Fraser Kerkhoff.
